2022 The Adventure Continues...
The 4 of us purchased this neglected piece of land outside Sweet Home Oregon in the fall of 2020. It has 18 acres of pine forest and 2 acres with fruit & nut trees, free-range chickens and a run down farm house that needs some tlc! 2021 launches the first year of our market produce garden, where we will be bringing all kinds of farm fresh produce cut-to-order to a table near you. 2022 brought with it a ton of rain! Things were so wet we lost trees and it was only in late June that the ground started drying out. With temperatures a little cooler and all the water, the market produce garden took about a month longer to get going than last year. NEW THIS YEAR - we want to offer a unique U-pick experience where members of our newsletter can come experience our small farm more than just a once a year harvest party - Look for your invite! We have limited parking until late summer so be sure to RSVP if you are coming.
